A Place in the Sun buyer says 'there's no point' as Spanish villa 'not cutting the mustard'

A buyer on A Place in the Sun declared "there's no point" after one of the villa's was "not cutting the mustard." Leah Charles-King tried to help Lee and Louise find their dream home in Villamartin in Spain on Wednesday's episode.

The couple were searching for a three bed villa with an outdoor pool that was within walking distance of the beach. They were armed with a maximum budget of £220,00 to find their perfect property abroad. Leah was concerned the search could be tricky as she didn't think it would be possible to fulfil the couple's criteria within their budget.

The expert's fears were realised during the third home on the search, which was a four-bed villa in Lomas de Cabo Roig. The home was close to the beach but the buyers were immediately unimpressed that they had to share a pool with 27 other properties.
