Leah Charles-King was taken aback by a buyer's admission moments into A Place in the Sun.
The expert was helping Julie and Leo find their dream property in Spain. The couple were armed with a maximum budget of £150,000 and were searching for a home ideally located close to the beach in Costa Blanca.
Leah shared her concern with the house-hunter's chosen destination at the beginning of the episode. She said: "It's a seller's market with high demand and low supply.

"Some are selling in 48 hours with very little negotiation on price. If they find something they like, I suggest they move very quickly."
The house-hunters explained they wanted a home with enough room to house three generations of their family. Julie said: "My mum and dad are poorly so it will be nice to bring them for my dad's last holiday."
They also insisted on three bedrooms as they needed enough room for their daughters to visit. Leah said the extensive criteria increased the stakes of the search.
She said: "There is a bit more pressure finding the perfect property with three generations. I'm confident I can find them exactly that."
The couple fell in love with the third home on the search, which was a three bed house in Los Dolses. The property was priced at £123,392 and they opened with a cheeky bid of £110,000.
Julie and Leo eventually secured the home for £118,000, which sparked Leah to breath a sigh of relief after a tough negotiation process.
