A Place in the Sun host Leah Charles-King was told she was on her "final chance" after failing to find potential buyers a home they loved.
Tuesday's instalment of the Channel 4 show saw the presenter joined by Terry and Susan in the Costa del Sol as they searched for their "forever" home. But after the pair saw a number of apartments, they were yet to be impressed.
Terry and Susan, from Wigan, said they had a budget of £120,000 and wanted a three-bedroom property. They also wanted two bathrooms and a communal pool.

They began the show by explaining why they loved Southern Spain. Terry said: "We just feel at home as soon as we get off the plane, everything is just so familiar, and that's why we want to spend our days here.
Susan said Terry has two daughters and that they have three grandchildren, and that this is why they wanted three bedrooms. When asked if they could stretch their budget at all, they said they could add an extra £10,000 at a push.
Leah, who has worked for property companies in both the UK and the Caribbean, found their low budget a struggle. The properties she showed were too outdated, had too many stairs for Terry - who is recovering from knee surgery - or didn't have enough facilities.
After seeing four homes, Terry gave a cheeky warning to Leah. She asked if they wanted to see the "fifth and final property".
Terry cheekily replied: "That will do, final chance!". Sadly, the fifth bedroom was also dismissed and Terry and Susan decided to stop looking for a new home until they could save some more money.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
