A buyer on A Place in the Sun fought back tears as he viewed his ideal home.
Jasmine Harman fronted Tuesday's brand new edition of the popular Channel 4 programme. She was helping Chris and Pauline find their dream home in Cyprus on the latest episode.
The married couple were searching for a two bedroom apartment and had a maximum budget of £80,500. Jasmine got off to a perfect start as the buyers loved the first property, which was a two bedroom apartment in Peyia.

The search went from strength to strength as the buyers were blown away by the third home. The two bed apartment was close to the beach and boasted panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.
Chris fought back tears as he stepped out on the balcony and took in the view. He said: "I can't believe this. This is everything that we want. You've hit the nail on the head."
Jasmine was emotional after the response as she said: "This is a big moment. I can really feel it. I can't believe it. That sort of emotional reaction from Chris tells me we may have found the one."
Jasmine wanted to mix it up by going further afield with the next home on the search search, but laughed as she knew Chris was ready to ditch the hunt there and then. She said: "You're not bothered are you Chris?"
The buyer agreed before they went on with their search. They loved the final home on today's show but eventually put an offer in on their third home and secured it for £80,508.
