An A Place In The Sun buyer was left lost for words after entering her very first property, which ticked all her boxes. Married couple Jan and Bill flew to Costa Blanca in Southern Spain to find their ideal holiday home, with the help of Channel 4 property expert Ben Hillman.
The couple came prepared with a £75,000 budget and a list of requirements for their new home, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, dishwasher and close proximity to a golf course.
Ben took them to a region of Santiago de la Ribera to a complex building with a large communal pool and upon viewing the property Jan was too stunned to speak. The keen buyer was completely in awe of the first home, as Ben managed to find a place that met all their needs right off the bat.
