A 'once-in-a-lifetime' walk on the nearly finished M1 to Raymond Terrace extension

For residents living anywhere around Black Hill up to Raymond Terrace, setting foot on the soon-to-be fix to their traffic woes felt like a dream come true.

On Sunday, August 16, Hunter locals walked a 3.5-kilometre stretch of M1 to Raymond Terrace extension, including the newly completed viaduct over the Hunter River.
