Miami Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel predicted the future on Sunday before a big Dolphins touchdown against the New York Jets.
On the newest episode of Hard Knocks: In Season With the Miami Dolphins, a mic’d-up McDaniel predicted that Miami would nail a one-play drive that would end in a touchdown.
Right after that guess, Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa hit wide receiver Jaylen Waddle for a 60-yard pass on the first play of the drive that went into the end zone for the score. Talk about calling your shot!
We get trying to visualize your success, but this is taking that sentiment to a whole different level.
"I'm really visualizing the one-play drive here."

The Dolphins have put themselves in a very strong position in the unpredictable AFC, and they’ll undoubtedly want more of McDaniel’s predictions about future touchdowns to come true.
We’ll see how far Miami can get in the postseason, where the Dolphins should get a good seeding after likely winning the AFC East.
