“Yo, there’s someone running around with two blades going around and attacking people,” one student at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, reportedly alerted their friend via text message on Wednesday afternoon.
The person was studying with a group of students in Hagey Hall when he received this terrifying notification, and explained that they decided to barricade the door of the room where they were studying.
