Love Island Australia fans, look away! It appears that Taylor Reid‘s sister, Samantha, has made a major oopsie and dropped a spoiler regarding her brother’s journey in the villa. Ai yi yi!

As the beloved summer lovin’ reality TV show rages on, many punters are snooping on the internet to find any signs of how the couples are holding up beyond the lights, cameras and bombshells.
However, fans didn’t have to look too far when it came to this year’s tatted-up couple, Taylor and Em Miguel-Leigh, ‘cos Taylor’s sister might’ve just spoiled the whole darn thing.
In a now-deleted comment under a TikTok shared by the official Love Island Australia account — where Taylor admitted to having some feels for bombshell Krissy Bertone — Samantha jumped to her little bro’s defence when he was getting dragged by viewers.
Although she had good intentions (like, who wouldn’t defend their family members online, amirite?) it appears that Samantha revealed Taylor’s current relationship status with Em, blasting their whole storyline out of the water.
“[Editing] doesn’t put words in your mouth love, but you don’t know what was said either side of that conversation,” Samantha began, responding to a commenter who said bad editing “doesn’t put words” into the islanders’ mouths.
“Anyways Em is not for Taylor,” she followed up, dropping the major spoiler.
“Everyone needs to chill — don’t you remember he wants to have kids [and] be a dad Em doesn’t want kids go figure.”
In another video, Samantha pleaded with fans to not take the show seriously because of the “editing” and that he’s “such a sweetheart” in real life.
This isn’t the first time Taylor’s relationship beyond the villa has been spoiled. When Love Island Australia 2024 first kicked off, influencer Sam Guggenheimer shared an Instagram story where she posed alongside the Week One bombshell.
Although the influencer didn’t confirm nor deny they were dating, punters who saw the post noted that she “quickly deleted” it shortly after posting.
Ugh, I just love spoilers. It makes me feel like I’m speed-running the show!
So far, this is the only tea that has been spilled regarding Taylor’s life during and outside of Love Island. But honestly, I think it’s enough to say he unfortunately didn’t find love in the villa.
Maybe he can join MAFS?
