A.J. Brown’s taunting penalty, Sam Howell’s moxie give Commanders the tie at end of regulation

So. With 1:43 left in regulation in the game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Commanders, Eagles receiver A.J. Brown caught a 28-yard touchdown pass from Jalen Hurts to put his team up, 31-24.
