A grieving man visited his wife's grave every day, then someone stole her plaque

A Hunter Valley family still grieving the death of their mother says they are "devastated" after her memorial plaque was among about 40 stolen from a cemetery.

Maureen Griffiths said her mother Terri Ann Griffiths' plaque was among those torn from memorial sites at Aberdare's Gordon Williams Memorial Lawn Cemetery overnight from Tuesday into Wednesday.
