The Kansas City Chiefs played a sloppy, bumbling first half in their Week 16 Christmas Day matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, and their frustration couldn’t be contained on the sideline.
Quarterback Patrick Mahomes yelled at his offensive line, trying to pump them up after a poor first-quarter performance. Soon after that, tight end Travis Kelce took his anger out on his helmet, throwing it to the turf.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid saw Kelce’s outburst and quickly worked to calm his star down and get him to regain his composure. When a staffer retrieved Kelce’s helmet and attempted to return it to him, Reid stopped it so he could have a word with his player. A playful bump emphasized the point to Kelce to get his head back in the game.
