If you're reading this, you've probably heard the buzz surrounding Jacquemus' Les Sculptures show. Mainly because we gave you a sneak peek of some of the new products already.
The show took place today at the Fondation Maeght in the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. As evidenced by its name, the collection is inspired by the works of artists Alberto Giacometti, Hans Hartung, Alexander Calder and Paul Jenkins. Sculptures and installations lined the venue serving as a physical representation of the blending of art and fashion.
Cinched waists, croc-embossed jackets and strappy footwear were seen on the runway. Not to mention two-piece skirt suits, tailored silhouettes and fun animal prints. As for a color scheme, the collection highlights the label's signature yellow and beige hues, which are offset by black and red tones.
In typical Jacquemus fashion, the catwalk was full of stars, including show opener Gigi Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski and Imaan Hammam. Check out the show in full on the brand's website.
