Singer James Blunt has given his seal of approval after dedicated fans took it upon themselves to convert a rural telephone box into a "museum" in his honour.
Located in Herefordshire, it features a large piece of cardboard covered in printed out images of him along with several top "facts" about the You're Beautiful hit-maker, including that he is not related to actress Emily Blunt.
Other tidbits that can be gleaned from the display are that James Blunt left the army because he didn't like it, while a photo proclaims him to be "an accomplished shadow puppeteer".
The existence of the "attraction" came to light when Blunt himself replied to a tweet on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.
The X user tweeted a series of pictures of the phone box to Blunt, telling him he had found it "quite a nice museum experience".
Completely forgot to announce the opening of this fantastic cultural experience in glorious Herefordshire. Free entry for both my fans. https://t.co/CJYgbqH4rJ

Re-sharing the tweet, Blunt replied: "Completely forgot to announce the opening of this fantastic cultural experience in glorious Herefordshire. Free entry for both my fans."
They might have to start charging for entry as judging by the reaction his tweet got, it certainly sounds like the person who opened it could be onto something.
"I’ve cancelled Disney Land with the kids in favour of this tourist attraction. I hope it’s as good as it looks," wrote one person.
"Love it! Should be listed on all the @VisitBritain websites so international tourists don't miss it," agreed another."Hope this turns into a thing and all the phone boxes in the UK get turned into a museum for you."Then both of your fans can travel the country and always have something to visit!" suggested a third.
Blunt's song You're Beautiful became a global hit in 2005 and he has since gone on to sell more than 20 million albums.
He has also gained a cult following on his social media for witty comebacks and putdowns, frequently aimed at those proclaiming they hate his music.
