Guests can sail back to the 1960s and relive the hits of the Fab Four on a new Beatles-themed cruise.
The voyage forms part of a series of summer sailings chartered by travel agent cruise.co.uk aboard the 670-guest Oceania Nautica next summer.
Tribute act the Bootleg Beatles will perform during a three-night “Iberian Homecoming” sailing, departing from Lisbon on 17 July 2027 and arriving into Southampton.
The show will trace the musical evolution of The Beatles throughout the decade, with the band playing hits including “She Loves You” and “A Hard Day’s Night”. The performance will then move to legendary songs from the band’s later years including “Let It Be”.
Prices start from £699 per person.
Other sailings include an eight-night “No Fly Vineyards, Canvases and Chateaux” itinerary, departing from Southampton on 8 August 2027 and calling at ports in France and Spain such as Saint-Malo, Le Verdon-sur-Mer, Bilbao, Gijón and Cherbourg.
Gardening expert David Hurrion, a former deputy editor of BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine, will be on board. He is a Royal Horticultural Society show judge at the Chelsea Flower Show and regularly presents at BBC Gardeners’ World Live.
During the cruise, he will host a programme of talks and experiences, including a hosted excursion to Jardines de la Fonte Baxa in Gijón, a cliffside botanical garden bursting with camellias, hydrangeas and ancient trees. Prices start from £1,999 per person.
Both adult-only cruises include a house drinks package with complimentary champagne, wine and beer during lunch, dinner and at selected times across all bars and lounges. Wifi and tips are included.
