Family members of 9/11 victims filled a New York City courtroom Wednesday as they pushed forward in their long-running effort to hold Saudi Arabia accountable for allegedly supporting the hijackers who carried out the deadliest terrorist attack in U.S. history.
The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments on the kingdom’s challenge to a ruling allowing the families’ lawsuit to proceed.
