60% of nearly 600 realty projects under scrutiny in Kolkata likely to get clearance soon: CREDAI

Kolkata: Around 60 per cent of the nearly 600 real estate projects under scrutiny in the city are expected to receive clearance within days, with most of the remaining projects likely to get the green signal before an August 15 deadline, CREDAI West Bengal president Sushil Mohta said on Thursday.

CREDAI is the apex body of private Real Estate developers in India.
