£6 million build begins for new Ford showroom at Hillington Park

Ford

A 3.7 acre site on Hillington Park is set to be developed into a new vehicle showroom and service facility.

Frasers Property UK has begun work on the 29,000 sq ft build, which has been pre-let to TrustFord, part of the world’s largest dedicated Ford dealer group. Completion is targeted for the end of 2023.

It should be one of the first automotive developments in Scotland to achieve a BREEAM Excellent sustainability accreditation.
