Mahakumbh 2025 preparations in full swing

Prayagraj: The Uttar Pradesh government is gearing up for the Mahakumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj, with over 5,000 special buses, including 550 electric vehicles, set to aid the massive influx of devotees during the religious gathering's peak days.

Additional District Magistrate Vivek Chaturvedi said, "The transport department has arranged around 5000-6000 buses for the convenience of devotees coming to the Mahakumbh Mela on the peak days. 550 electric buses have been arranged for their convenience. We have started the construction of three temporary bus stands."
