Georgia was once the favorites to land Ryan Wingo, but that has changed. Missouri’s hot start to the 2023 season pair with Luther Burden’s outstanding year give the Tigers a very strong pitch for Wingo.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound wide receiver played both offense and defense for St. Louis University last season. Wingo is ranked as the No. 22 recruit in the nation, the No. 7 wide receiver and the second-ranked recruit in Missouri.

Kirby Smart and Georgia football currently have the No. 1 recruiting class in the 2024 recruiting cycle. The Bulldogs are looking to add another wide receiver commitment after four-star wide receiver Ny Carr recently decommitted from Georgia.

Missouri has the No. 40 recruiting class in the 2024 cycle. The Tigers did land a commitment from five-star in-state defensive end Williams Nwaneri.
