5 Luxury SUVs That Will Have Massive Price Drops in Spring 2026

If you’re in the market for a luxury SUV, you’re in luck.

The spring 2026 lineup for luxury SUVs is predicted to be massive, with brands like Lexus and Mercedes releasing updated models packed with must-see features alongside anticipated price drops on 2025 models.

Which cars are we eyeing for massive price drops in spring 2026? Check out our list below.

Lexus NX 350-Hyrbid

Lexus’s NX 350-Hybrid is, as they say, captivating. This SUV has everything you’ve come to expect from a Lexus, including multiple sharp, modern interior color options that suit all tastes, leather seats and wood trim. The hybrid technology delivers excellent fuel efficiency, allowing you to drive long distances without frequent stops for gas. For those who like to get on the highway and go, the turbocharged power engine gets you from 0 to 60 mph in under 7 seconds.

With the 2026 models out, you can start finding the 2025 models for around $45,000.

“The 2026 Hybrid will be about $2,000 less than the entry-level 2025 Hybrid because the 2026 version comes with the option of front wheel drive while the 2025 version is AWD,” said Melanie Musson, auto industry expert with AutoInsurance.org. “For someone who doesn’t want AWD, the front-wheel-drive option is an excellent way to save some money.”

Mercedes-Benz EQS

If you’re looking to go electric, the Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV is at the top of luxury options. Mercedes even dedicated a design specifically to the EQS, making it unique among all their gasoline models.

Standard luxury features include heated front seats, a digital vehicle key and leather upholstery. The 400 series comes standard with a 118-kWh battery that Mercedes programs remotely, eliminating the need for dealership visits for updates. It also features multiple charging options.

We’re predicting you’ll soon find the 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQS models for under $90,000.

“Mercedes has announced that the 2026 models will be drastically less expensive than the 2025 versions,” said Musson. “Unfortunately, for those in the U.S. looking to save on a 2026 model, Mercedes has paused production in the U.S. Still, because of the lower price, the 2025 models on lots will likely see significant price drops, as buyers won’t be willing to pay more for a vehicle that costs less new.”

Porsche Macan

For anyone who wants a sports car but needs an everyday SUV, you don’t have to settle for either with the Porsche Macan. It has the NX 250 beat, going from 0 to 60 mph in under six seconds with a top track speed of 144 mph.

The raised-center console provides easy access to the gears from the steering wheel, enhancing the driving experience. It also functions equally well as a practical vehicle, with a large back compartment, rear towing and transport options and electric models.

Some 2025 Porsche Macan models are already selling for about $70,000, which is a price savings compared with the starting price of the 2026 models.

Genesis GV80

Whereas the Macan is all about speed, the Genesis GV80 is the “pinnacle of comfort.”  It has a spacious interior with up to three rows of seating, including second-row power-reclining and craftsmanship leather seats. Safety features like a blind-spot view monitor and rear and forward collision-avoidance assist make it a good choice for those driving with precious cargo.

You can find a good deal on the 2025 Genesis GV80 now that the 2026 models are out. MSRP for a new 2025 is around $58,000.

BMW X5

The BMW X5 rounds out our list for massive 2026 spring drops, but it’s certainly not one to overlook.

The X5 boasts superior exterior aesthetics combined with the comfort and versatility you’re looking for in an SUV. Its sophisticated interior features Marino leather upholstery and glass controls to heighten the luxury driving experience. BMW even offers many financing options, so it might not be too far out of your price range either.

MSRP on the 2025 models starts around $66,000, a savings compared to the 2026 models.
