Whenever I’m searching for a movie to watch on Netflix, the thriller genre is always my first pick, and if I can find a movie that falls within the dark thriller subgenre, even better. I love movies that incorporate suspense and tension with bleak situations and horrific outcomes.
Fortunately, Netflix is well stocked for subscribers like me with a soft spot for all things dark. As you might expect, none of the films on this list are feel-good watches, but each offers plenty of thrills and some truly shocking moments.
