When it comes to grabbing a bit of grub in the city centre, there are plenty of places to go - from burgers to Chinese to Thai. However, some of us may have bigger appetites than others or simply enjoy a challenge of an all-you-can-eat option.
A lot of the buffets have closed over the years, including Red Hot and Cosmo, but there are still a few places you can go where there are unlimited options. Nottingham has something for everyone including drag queen brunches, traditional carveries and even unlimited cheese.
Below are some of the best unlimited, all-you-can-eat, big-portion options out there.

Sushimania
Chapel Bar
Eating raw fish may not be to everyone's taste but there are plenty of options at Sushimania should you not fancy fish. The restaurant also offers noodle dishes and plenty of vegetarian or vegan options for you to choose from.
Everything is ordered through the Sushimania app so you can take your time ordering as you need. The only issue is that there need to be at least two people to make the all-you-can-eat offer. If you are on your own, then it's worth noting the times for the 50% off deals so you can still eat more for less.
The all-you-can-eat offer is £24.80 which, if you enjoy sushi, is a steal given how quickly you can run through expensive plates.
The Good Fellow George
Alfreton Road
If you are partial to a bit of a cheese board in the evening then The Good Fellow George has a challenge for you. They run an all-you-can-eat cheese board on Thursday evenings at the pub.
The never-ending boards are very popular, though, so you need to pre-book to secure your place before you go. The cheese on offer changes weekly with a selection of five or six different types. Some of the cheeses on offer may include Bath Soft Organic, Cashel Irish Blue and Pearl Las Welsh Blue among others.
If you need any more convincing then it's worth noting that the pub is dog-friendly so chances are that you'll see a doggo or two on your visit. For £15, you can get a two-hour table which is more than enough time for cheese.
Pizza Hut
Various locations
Pizza Hut does exactly what it says on the tin and sometimes that's all you need. It's also one of the cheapest on offer at £9.99 a go and the unlimited buffet means you just grab a plate and go. Pizza on offer includes all the classics such as Margherita, Veggie, Pepperoni, Hawaiian and BBQ Americano.
There are also options if you don't fancy a slice as Pizza Hut offers unlimited pasta and salad at separate bars. It's available every day but you'll have to get there before 3pm as the deal finishes early.
Toby Carvery
Colwick Road
Nothing beats a good carvery on a Sunday afternoon after a long lie-in. Toby Carvery has it down to a fine art even offering an all-you-can-eat option so you can load up on those veggies before a long walk in the park.
Prices do vary depending on what option you go for or if you prefer a vegetarian or a meat-filled feast. The same location also offers an all-you-can-eat breakfast, too, so there are multiple reasons to visit.
Drag queen bottomless brunch at Das Kino
Lace Market
This is one of the more expensive options on the list but in fairness, you do get a show. Das Kino offers an unlimited bottomless brunch complete with drag bingo, live entertainment and the best music from the past 30 years for £47.95 a head.
The bottomless bit is not just their sourdough pizzas but it also includes a few of their cocktails, too, so you can balance your Bellinis with a slice or two. You will need to book ahead but the bar can comfortably accommodate a romantic brunch for two or a giant get-together with all your mates.
