400 brand new apartments are coming to Holbeck in a £100million development.
A new residential area named 'South Bank Riverside' is being developed in Leeds' South Bank by LH1 Global with Pasco Homes. The developers previously built hundreds of luxury apartments in Kent which sold out in "record time", and now wants to bring the same to Leeds.
The new development promises to bring new opportunities for Holbeck residents and bring more tourism to South Bank. Chris and Rich Pascoe, Managing Directors of Pascoe Homes, said: "We are going to deliver something very special at South Bank Riverside. This is a strategic site, which will play a major role within the regeneration of this highly coveted area."
