LUDHIANA: Four residents of Ludhiana and one from outside tested positive for Covid here on Friday.
With no Covid death reported on the day, the district’s toll stands at 2,276 and that of outsiders here is 1,125.
To date, 33,29,562 samples have been tested.
The district’s case count is 1,09,702 and that of outsiders here is 14,715.
So far, 1,07,379 patients have recovered, which constitutes 97.88% of the total cases.
There are 47 active cases. On Friday, the number of samples taken was 4,026.
