Bell ranks as the No. 24 athlete and No. 388 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2023 class. He hails from Murfreesboro, Tenn. and ranks as the No. 11 player in the state.
Since committing to Michigan State in early June, Bell has picked up offers from SEC programs Alabama and Mississippi State. So it could be that one of those offers has resulted in him flipping his commitment but we will see how things shake out from here.
With the loss of Bell’s commitment, Michigan State now has 13 commits in the 2023 class. Of those 13 commits, 10 are four-star prospects.
