Class of 2025 four-star edge rusher Isaiah Gibson has received two projections within the past week to commit to Georgia. 247Sports recruiting experts Benjamin Wolk and Anna Adams logged their predictions, joining lead expert Steve Wiltfong in doing so.
Gibson, a native of Warner Robins, is the eighth rated edge rusher in the class of 2025. Standing at 6’4 and weighing in at 245 pounds, he was a force to be reckoned with last season for Warner Robins High, recording 17 sacks and 55 pressures over the course of the season. Gibson is being recruited by a host of other power programs, with Clemson, Oregon, and South Carolina seen as the other major contenders at this time.
Gibson would provide a key piece for the Dawgs either along the defensive line, where they will likely be seeking to replace at least two starters following this season, or in the outside linebacker room, a talented but mostly unproven group going into this season outside of Mykel Williams.
