39 yr old Telegram CEO is father to over "100 biological kids": Is it possible?

Pavel Durov, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Telegram, recently revealed that he has over 100 biological kids.

"I was just told that I have over 100 biological kids. How is this possible for a guy who has never been married and prefers to live alone?" he wrote in a long post on Telegram and shared this news with his 5.7 million subscribers. Durov became the CEO of Telegram in 2013.
