The streets of Liverpool city centre were filled with colour yesterday as thousands celebrated Pride in Liverpool.
The festival, which began with its annual march from St George's Plateau, saw festival goers put on their best outfits to take part in a celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. This year, the event made the move to a different festival site at the Pier Head - and photos from the day look incredible.

The streets between St George's Hall and the Pier Head were filled with the stunning sea of multi-colour and glitter we’ve come to expect from Pride in Liverpool over the years. You can take a look at some of the best outfits spotted at the event here.
When the march finished at the Pier Head a whole host of artists took to the Barclays Main Stage, including disco icons Boney M ft Maizie Williams, Linda Gold’s FunnyBoyz and scouse powerhouse vocalist Filla Crack.
The party went on late into the night, with clubs like Heaven, OMG, G Bar and more hosting after parties for the festival-goers. As always, ECHO photographers were in the midst of the action - and their photos show just how big the celebrations really were.
