3 new to Netflix movies to stream this weekend
Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere
Available: US/UK
Everyone's favorite documentarian is back with another deep dive – and this time he's exploring the world of toxic masculinity and misogyny with Inside the Manosphere. Speaking to the male influencers and podcasters who make up the more extreme fringes of the online movement and peddle hateful views under the guise of self-improvement content, Theroux unravels the current crisis of masculinity and why these figures have achieved such popularity.
As with any Theroux documentary, you can expect some frank discussions, thought-provoking interviews, and some pretty damning exposure of some of the dingiest corners of the internet. This might not be breaking news to anyone with screentime above a certain number of hours (hey, no judgment from me), but it's a concise overview of the situation and a good starting point for anyone who's unfamiliar with these characters.

Jobs
Available: US
Apple co-founder Steve Jobs gets the biopic treatment in Jobs, which hit theaters back in 2013. Now, it's streaming on Netflix (although don't try googling 'Jobs Netflix' unless you're looking for a career in entertainment) and you can revisit Ashton Kutcher's portrayal of the tech giant.
The film also features a pre-Olaf Josh Gad as Jobs' co-founder Steve Wozniak, alongside a cast that includes JK Simmons, Daredevil's Elden Henson, and Stranger Things' Matthew Modine. The events of the movie take us from Jobs' college days in the '70s, all the way up to the launch of the iPod in 2001 (shockingly – to me, anyway – the iPod has now been discontinued for almost half a decade).

Brighton Rock
Available: US
Based on Graham Greene's seminal '30s crime novel of the same name, this movie takes the events of Brighton Rock further into the 20th Century with a new '60s setting. Sam Riley stars as gang enforcer Pinkie Brown, who murders a rival gang member and then marries Rose (Andrea Riseborough), the only witness, to try and save his skin.
The cast is a bit of a 'who's who' of big-name British actors, with John Hurt, Andy Serkis, and Helen Mirren also starring. Rowan Joffé directed the adaptation, which was first released in 2010 – he most recently wrote Ballad of a Small Player, starring Colin Farrell, which hit Netflix last year.
