3 confine journalist for pics of illegal eatery, held in Maharashtra

NAVI MUMBAI: The Kharghar police have registered an FIR against three persons running an illegal roadside eatery opposite Tata hospital near Owe village in Kharghar and for the wrongful confinement of a photojournalist after he clicked photographs of the eatery that was demolished by Cidco on August 2.

Complainant Krishnachandra Singh (57), who resides in Taloja, has alleged that on August 2, he clicked photographs of the razed eatery. Three men running the eatery objected and confined Singh for an hour.
