NEW DELHI: Sunil Narine showcased a spectacular display of power-hitting, smashing an electrifying 85 runs, while young Angkrish Raghuvanshi marked his IPL batting debut with a fifty as Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) posted a formidable total of 272/7 against Delhi Capitals (DC) in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday.
This staggering score became the second-highest in the history of the cash-rich league, surpassing RCB's 263/5 against the now-defunct Pune Warriors India (PWI) back in 2013. The record for the highest innings score of 277/3 remains with Sunrisers Hyderabad, achieved against Mumbai Indians just last week.
