25 homes proposed on site of iconic Mersyside nightclub

An application has been submitted to build 25 homes on the site of a former nightclub.

Broadgrove Planning and Development Limited are proposing to build 25 custom-built dwellings and a 100-space public car park on the site of the iconic Shorrock's Hill nightclub in Formby. The site closed in 2015 and once offered function suites, restaurants, and bars.

Located on Lifeboat Road the site is currently used as a paintball facility and was recently featured in Netflix's Stay Close. Full planning permission is being sought Broadgrove Development.
