21 posts created for 7 new family courts

The State Cabinet on Tuesday has decided to create 21 posts each in the seven new Family Courts.   The new posts will be created in the family courts of Kunnamkulam, Neyyattinkara, Adoor, Punaloor, Paravoor, Aluva and Vadakkan Paravoor. The Cabinet also accorded sanction to create the post of General Manager (Operations), in the Kerala State Beverages Corporation Ltd. Sanction was also accorded for an year’s extension to 11 posts at the Special Tahsildar, LA, Power grid units , with effect from October 10, 2021, which are functioning at Kollam and Kottayam districts in connection with the land acquisition for the 400 KV Edamon-Kochi transmission line The Cabinet also decided to revise the pay, allowances and incentives of employees in the Government-recognised posts in the State Headload Workers’ Welfare Fund Board, Kerala Farm Labourers’ Welfare Fund Board and that of nursing assistants and cleaners in Regional Cancer Centre, according to the terms of the 11th Pay Commission  G. K. Sureshkumar, retired Deputy Collector, has been appointed on contract for a period of one year as the Managing Director of Clean Kerala company. The Cabinet has sanctioned an amount of ₹5 lakh from the CM’s relief fund for the treatment of K. Ranju, who became bed-ridden following spinal stroke after a liver donation surgery It was also decided by the Cabinet to sanction two acres of land under the possession of the Idukki district panchayat to the department of Judiciary, for the construction of Idukki court complex, subject to the land transfer agreement between service departments.
