When the Nook restaurant opened its doors in Summer 2019, it was only a matter of months before the coronavirus pandemic hit. Not only was it mentioned in the Michelin Guide back in January 2021, but they have also just opened an outdoor-pop up that is so in demand it is fully booked for the next four weeks. We went along to the restaurant's outdoor venture, Nook By The River, located right next to the scenic River Taff at Llandaff Rowing Club to see for ourselves why people are so keen to book a table. (WalesOnline)
