£20m investment set to create 270 new social homes across Northern Ireland

Almost 300 new social and affordable homes are set to be created across Northern Ireland, it can be revealed today.

Arbour Housing will create 270 homes as part of a £20 million investment project, supported by Danske Bank.

The flagship project will see 98 new social houses being createdat a site on the Buncrana Road in Derry, helping to meet high demand for new housing in the area.
