The Oklahoma City Thunder went 2-for-3 in the second batch of group games for the 2023 FIBA World Cup.
The latest win was relished by veteran sharpshooter Davis Bertans as Latvia eliminated France from the World Cup in an 88-86 upset win.
The 30-year-old finished with 15 points on 4-of-10 shooting from 3, four rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block in 24 minutes.
After trailing by 12 points entering the fourth quarter, Latvia came back for the upset win with a 26-12 fourth-quarter scoring advantage.
Latvia improved their record to 2-0 in group play with the surprising comeback win. Latvia joins Canada as the only two teams in Group H to have a 2-0 record so far in pool play.
