For the first time since picking running back Kenneth Walker III in the second round, the Seattle Seahawks have selected an offensive weapon with wide receiver Bo Melton from Rutgers.
At first glance, the Seahawks would seem to be set at receiver, especially with the likes of DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, and the tantalizing Dee Eskridge. But in today’s NFL, having a stable of multiple, dynamic receivers is perhaps more important than ever. Especially those who bring versatility to the field.

The Seahawks share a division with the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams. Both teams have a dynamic receiving threat, Deebo Samuel (for now) and Cooper Kupp, that are utilized in creative and revolutionary ways to make their offenses more lethal.
The Seahawks offense is not short on talent, but what has been inconsistent is the creativity. Here’s hoping Seattle’s second year offensive coordinator Shane Waldron is cooking up something unique for Bo Melton.
