GURUGRAM: A 20-year-old man was arrested for allegedly killing his brother-in-law, an ex-army man, police said on Wednesday. Accused Naveen has revealed that he shot Harvinder, 38, to death over monetary matters, they said.
According to the police, they received information that a man had been shot at in the head in Basai Enclave under Sector-10 police station limits on June 27 and that he had been receiving treatment.
