2 men sought in assault on 15-year-old girls in Ravenswood Manor

A 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted at gunpoint while her friend was held at knifepoint Friday night in Ravenswood Manor, Chicago police said.

The two girls, both 15, were walking in the North Side neighborhood about 9:20 p.m. when they noticed two men following them. After the girls spotted the pair, the two men chased them down and grabbed them in the 2900 block of West Wilson Avenue, according to police.

One man held a knife to one of the girls while the other dragged the second girl into an alley and sexually assaulted her at gunpoint, police said.

Police originally had not released the girls' ages, but confirmed their ages Monday.

No one has been arrested. Police released surveillance photos of the two men. Anyone with information should contact Area Five detectives at (312) 746-6554 or submit an anonymous tip at CPDTIP.com.
