At least two people have been killed in a drone attack in Russia’s southwestern Saratov region, local authorities confirmed on Saturday, as parts of Ukraine simultaneously faced power outages following targeted assaults on energy infrastructure.
Saratov regional Governor Roman Busargin reported that the drone strike damaged a residential building, with windows at a kindergarten and clinic also blown out.
