2 baby giraffes at Patna zoo named as Aman and Himani

PATNA: Two baby giraffes born at Patna zoo on Saturday were named as Aman (male) and Himani (female).

Announcing their nomenclature sent by chief minister Nitish Kumar at a simple function organised in the zoo. Environment, forest and climate change department minister Neeraj Kumar Singh 'Bablu' said though Aman had a premature birth about five months ago and struggled for survival, utmost care by the zoo authorities helped in save its life. Himani is about three months old.
