15 NFL cities that have never hosted a Super Bowl as of 2024

Las Vegas is about to host its first-ever Super Bowl as the big game heads to the Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium this month.

As we prepare for Vegas to take the spotlight, it’s worth asking which NFL cities have never hosted a Super Bowl game before.

Some cities, like Green Bay and Foxborough, present locations with open-air stadiums and the risk for winter weather, while other cities like Seattle and Charlotte have put teams in the Super Bowl in the past decade but haven’t hosted the big game.

Let’s look at the 15 cities that have never hosted a Super Bowl, which could always change if those cities build a new stadium with a roof (Nashville is up next) or if the NFL ever takes on the risk for a winter flurry on game day (like it has with East Rutherford, New Jersey).
