14 delightful photos of Packers riding kids’ bikes to training camp, which is the best tradition

It’s the annual Green Bay Packers tradition we all love: Every year, during training camp, players grab bikes from kids (they volunteer their vehicles, of course) and ride them to practice.

Why is it done? Well, the tradition goes back to the 1960s, with a photo from 1969 showing running back Travis Williams pedaling to practice.

It’s really the best. And it’s still living on, with players grabbing bikes and getting snapped while riding them, which is quite the visual when you consider that sometimes the two-wheeler isn’t made for a football player.
