Failing to declare a number of health conditions to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency could result in hefty penalties, licence revocation and even a criminal record - experts have warned.
The ruling agency lists 118 conditions to be exact, which must be reported as soon as possible should a driver suffer one - or risk facing a £1,000 fine, and potential prosecution in the event of the accident.
The urgent warning comes as the DVLA pose to make changes to their guidance on eye conditions in the coming weeks - reports The Daily Record.
