The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has signed a deal for new offices in Leeds city centre, which could see 100 jobs brought to the city.
The site on 6 Queen Street will be home to the FCA's Digital Delivery Centre alongside other functions of the organisation, which is responsible for regulating the financial services industry across the country. William Hague, director of Change and Transformation at the FCA, is leading the establishment of the office and Phil Nixon has been appointed as head of the Digital Delivery Centre.
As part of the move, which follows the opening of outposts in Cardiff and Belfast, the organisation will recruit around 100 people, BusinessLive reports.
