Some fans spend weeks speculating about what their favourite celebs will be wearing when they announce they'll be walking down the aisle. Most spend thousands on their dresses, although you can't always tell, and the most impressive ones make headlines all around the world.
Fashion experts at Boohoo used a list of influential married celebrities from 1923-2023 and used Google search data to find how many people in the UK were searching for each dress per month. These are the 10 wedding dresses that left the biggest impact.

Kate Middleton
Kate's dress, rumoured to cost around £250,000, was a topic of discussion for months before her wedding to Prince William in 2011. The gown was created by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen, and perfectly combined the traditional with the modern.
Meghan Markle
People have mixed opinions on Meghan Markle, but we can all agree her wedding dress to marry Prince Harry in 2018 was absolutely stunning. The dress was designed by acclaimed British designer, Clare Waight Keller. It had an understated and timeless design that wowed the millions of people watching the ceremony.
Princess Diana
Diana wore an ivory silk taffeta and antique lace gown, with a 25-foot (7.62 m) train, valued then at £9,000. It became one of the most famous dresses in the world, and was considered one of the most closely guarded secrets in fashion history. The dress was designed by David and Elizabeth Emanuel.
Nicola Peltz
This dress caused search interest to jump by 194%, the largest rise in 2022. Peltz wore a Valentino gown during the spring ceremony where she wed Brooklyn Beckham. The design featured elbow-length gloves and a square neckline.
Kourtney Kardashian
Kourtney certainly turned heads with her Guns'N'Roses inspired dress, with many fans left unimpressed at the design and branding it 'awful'. However, many were inspired when she revealed that she and her husband Travis Barker shared a special moment watching the Guns'N'Roses November Rain video, hence modelling her dress after it.
Pippa Middleton
Pippa Middleton married James Matthews back in 2017, after a 10 month engagement. Pippa wore a floor-length Giles Deacon dress, with a high neckline and fitted waist.
Paris Hilton
Some might have expected Paris to be in a more scandalous outfit for her wedding, but she opted for a beautiful traditional gown. It featured lace sleeves and a high neck giving her an elegant look on her big day, in a similar style to her sisters' wedding dresses. Although, like some others on the list, this was not the only dress she wore to marry Carter Reum in 2021.

The pop icon walked down the aisle wearing Vera Wang Haute to marry real estate agent Dalton Gomez at her home in Montecito, California. Her backless dress had an empire-waist and sculpted neckline.
Lily Collins
The actresses ethereal wedding dress grabbed headlines when she married writer and director Charlie McDowell. Collins has been known for her high-fashion moments, and currently stars in Netflix's Emily in Paris. Her lace dress was designed by Ralph Lauren, and she opted for a cathedral-length lace cape with cloak-style hood instead of a traditional veil.
Victoria Beckham
The only thing better than wearing a wedding dress is wearing it twice. The former Spice Girl brought out her wedding dress nearly two decades after she wore it to marry David Beckham in a dreamy ceremony back in 1999. Her sleeveless Vera Wang dress with a cinched waist is absolutely gorgeous.
