Realtor.com recently shared a little of the hottest zip codes for the first half of 2025 based on strong buyer interest, with homes leaving the market quickly compared to the overall national levels.

Despite affordability concerns and higher mortgage rates, there are still regions with strong buyer interest. The data found that listings in these top ZIPs saw 3.6 times more views than the national average and sold 30 to 42 days faster.
