It’s not your fridge-freezer, which arguably you use more often than any other appliance. Nor is it your trusted coffee machine that is getting you through until that Friday feeling kicks in. Rather, it’s the one piece of equipment you reach for each time you switch your oven to pre-heat: the baking tray.
It’s served you through every occasion, from fish and chip Fridays, to trialling every traybake recipe you’ve ever seen, and while you no doubt have your favourite, perhaps they’re start looking a bit worse for wear – meaning they do more sticking, than crisping – and if so, it’s time for a refresh.
