Suspect in Atlanta shooting, which killed 1 and injured 4, is now in custody

After an hours-long manhunt, officials have apprehended the suspected gunman of the Wednesday afternoon shooting in an Atlanta medical office building, according to the Cobb County Police Department.

The alleged gunman, Deion Patterson, 24, was arrested in Cobb County, northwest of the city, shortly before 8 p.m. ET.
